An inherited love...
My love for cakes started at a very young age. From my mothers kitchen to her little cake shop, I was surrounded by the beautiful designs she created as she experimented with recipes and made extraordinary custom wedding cakes and birthday cakes for her clients.
Watching my mom I could see that to her each cake was special, an intimate experience of creating what she knew would make their special day memorable.
Today after years of pursuing perfection in my craft from elite schools like the PME in the UK and Carlapuig Atelier here in the US, I am fulfilling my dream of making creative and unique cakes for every client to make their special day a memorable one.
